By using or dealing or communicating either by user or deemed users following are the terms of policy which shall govern. • Intellectual property law is to mean various enactments such as enactments relating to Intellectual Property law applicable like Copyright Law (Royal Decree No. M/41 of 2 Dated 2003) and unfair competition law, 2012.
• “Application”/”App” to mean the application of” New You SPA and Beauty” on Android, iOS and Website which provides various beauty and spa services to its users.

Privacy Rules:

• We reserve our right to change/alter/modify/add/delete or amend these rules without prior intimation however not at the prejudice to any person or in contradiction of law as is applicable in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• While in the process of communicating through this app or otherwise with us or with any masseurs or service provide for us, users are not supposed to post anything which is indecent, obscene or abusive or threatening in itself.
• Any person who whether willfully or otherwise gains or tries to gain or cause to gain or so attempts to access information available in this application shall be liable to be prosecuted under like Anti cybercrime law (Royal Decree No. M/17, dated, 2007) as amended from time to time under Article 4,5,6 9,10 and other applicable articles of the said law.
• All the materials in this application forms part of the intellectual property any use of this information shall make you liable for infringement of intellectual property rights and appropriate action can be initiated under Copyright Law (Royal Decree No. M/41 of 2 Dated 2003) and Unfair Competition Law, 2012.
• Ensure that the information published or caused to be published by you in not in violation of any law whether of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• It is particularly of paramount importance to adhere to Anti cybercrime law (Royal Decree No. M/17, dated, 2007) and as rules and regulations under it.
• It is mandatory generally on the part of users to ensure that all the information provided in this application is correct and there is no misrepresentation, any dishonest and fraudulent in it.
• There shall be not liability on us by reason of any fraud or misrepresentation or untrue statement or fraud played by any masseur acting beyond the authority.
• During the course of our dealing with users we may access to information like name, mobile number etc. which may or may not be sensitive and we shall maintain utmost degree of care to ensure that the same is protected and is not shared no liability if the same is caused due to technical reasons.
